PlayStation – Staff Technical Program Manager

June 2025 – Present / San Diego, CA

In the Network Mission Group’s Program Management Office, I lead programs that modernize PlayStation Network’s infrastructure and empower developers to deliver at scale. My focus is on unifying fragmented systems, reducing resource consumption, and embedding AI into decision-making.

  • Unify frameworks and services so PlayStation developers and game studios can build faster with fewer compute resources.
  • Drive cross-functional programs to improve PlayStation Network scalability and reliability.
  • Lead and architect internal AI solutions to help PMO teams and PlayStation leadership access and analyze data.

CrowdStrike – Engineering Program Manager III

March 2024 – May 2025 / San Diego, CA

At CrowdStrike, I served as the lead program manager for the Platform Scale group, guiding global initiatives across multi-cloud environments. My work focused on platform expansion, engineering efficiency, and AI enablement during a period of rapid evolution.

  • Directed multi-cloud expansion into Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Led global engineering initiatives, aligning stakeholders across U.S., EMEA, Israel, and Australia.
  • Drove AI adoption in the SDLC by leading Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agent and MPC service development.

Amazon Web Services – Technical Program Manager II

March 2022 – March 2024 / San Diego, CA

At AWS Security, I owned internal Tier 1 authorization (AuthZ) services for resource and human identity management. I balanced technical leadership, customer engagement, and operational oversight for tens of thousands of service users.

  • Served as Product Owner of record for AuthZ services, owning roadmaps, backlogs, and reporting to executives.
  • Acted as primary interface for AWS customers, managing escalations, product campaigns, and feature requests.
  • Oversaw service operations to maintain Tier 1 reliability standards, including reporting ops load and forecasting staffing.
  • Led SDLC for AuthZ initiatives across AWS and Amazon Retail, clearing blockers and coordinating with engineering teams.

Northrop Grumman – Program Manager & Software Engineer

August 2013 – March 2022 / San Diego, CA

I spent nearly a decade at Northrop Grumman, progressing from embedded software engineer to program manager. My work spanned multi-million-dollar contracts, mission-critical systems, and leadership of diverse engineering teams in both development and sustainment.

  • Program Manager (2020–2022): Led multi-million-dollar F-22 and EA-18G repair programs, managed lifecycle execution, negotiated contracts, and reported profit/loss to leadership.
  • Senior Principal Quality Engineer (2019–2020): Directed metrology operations across San Diego sites, managed budgets and teams, and streamlined calibration to minimize downtime.
  • Principal Project Manager (2017–2019): Oversaw Joint Strike Fighter CNI Special Test Equipment programs, balancing budget, engineering sustainment, and reporting EVM to stakeholders.
  • Embedded Software Engineer (2013–2017): Delivered embedded systems and RF test solutions for the Joint Strike Fighter, serving as technical lead, IPT lead, and SCRUM Master.
